You agree not to use BoxSight services to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our servers. Attempting to circumvent data residency protections, scraping proprietary research without authorization, or uploading malicious code is grounds for immediate termination of service.

Dynamic Nature of AI: While we utilize high-fidelity models and multi-model consensus engines, we do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI-generated insights or categorizations. Users should verify mission-critical information independently.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoxSight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of your use of our software or research artifacts. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid to us in the preceding twelve months.
